How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery. If you want to pay via Credit Card without Paypal Account, Please following this step Step 1: On Cart or Checkout page. Please choose your Credit Card type: Step 2: Fill out Credit Card information and click "Pay Now"
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you change your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours after placing. Customer service staffs will check your order and confirm asap. Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.
May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 7-10 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafte. Please take note to allow 5 to 7 days for the info to be shown up on the website or sometimes there are some unwanted issues from the shipping side. Email: [email protected] with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Most orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at [email protected] if your tracking number is not up after 2-3 weeks. As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 2-6 weeks* from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable. If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or simply email us on [email protected] and we can tell you the status of your order. Items that mention free shipping are based on you purchasing 1 item. If you add multiple items to your basket you will be charged shipping due to the combined weight of your items. Where ever you are in the world we will get your order to you! Our shipping costs are the lowest around. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season. *These times are averages yet can depend on your location and postal carrier.
